The university has continued on the path of growth. We have more than 23000 students in degree programs and around 10000 others. More than 160 new faculty appointments were made during the year. Our development portfolio has risen above seven billion. The 2015 has been an exceptionally busy year. I was assigned an additional duty of looking after another university in Multan, a four hours drive away from Faisalabad. The additional duty is a new university without any infrastructure and institutional framework. That has been put into an order within a year's time which had involved a lot of travelling and long working hours including the weekends and holidays. I took that university with only 3 million in the bank which is now 1.5 billion rich with another 3 billion in the pipeline. The university did not have a single regular employee and today there is a team of >120 dedicated staff. That was on top of revival of our dormant campus at Deepalpur/Okara. We have also started preparation for opening of another campus in Hafizabad/Nanakana.
