The Catholic University of Brasilia is a philanthropic institution, Catholic, teaching private and Brazilian Superior, located in Taguatinga, in the Federal District and campuses in the cities of Taguatinga and Brasilia. It is administered by the UBEC - Brasiliense Union of Education and Culture, association founded in 1972. Created in 1974
Created in 1974, the Catholic Faculty of Humanities (FCCH) was the first teaching unit offering three courses:. Economics, Business and Education Over the years, the Faculty was organized in a teaching and values structure whose base was becoming more solid, allowing the installation of the Integrated College of Catholic Brasilia. Fifteen years later, the Catholic was recognized by the Ministry of Education as university, keeping at its core the promotion of knowledge, without neglecting based spirituality in Christian ethics.
