Free University of Costa Rica is a private institution of higher education, adopted on 14 January 1993 for all purposes of the law, in session 211-93 of CONESUP governed by the provisions of the Constitution of Costa Rica and the Private University Act 6693 and its Regulations. Among its primary objectives are the promotion and development of research, education and social development in the country and other countries of the isthmus. We seek daily academic excellence as a dominant factor in the success of our organization.
