No doubt college is one of the dominant ways to develop people and especially young people. That is why the university has special responsibility as a generator of a space that, from knowledge management, expand opportunities and constitutes a bridge between young people and their life projects Our conviction is that university education must be of high quality, to provide the environment and provide elements for personal growth of those who join it in order to build their life project. Individual ability and dedication should be the main determinants for access to higher education and the opportunities it provides.
