Our institutional life is initiated by Resolution No. 1465-1402 of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Paraguay, for which enabled the Center for Professional Technical Training (CEIFCAP), opening degree in International Relations, unprecedented in the country and innovating a new level of qualification; the TOP EXPERT IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS. In 2010 it promulgated Law No. 4200/10 which creates the Inter-American University, with the support of a highly trained squad in the various areas of knowledge, as well as international conventions that will allow students to opt for a double degree and specialized in distance education internationally recognized structure. This innovative educational institution, through a serious and responsible scholarship, has signed Academic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Rights, with several national and international institutions.
