Margarita University academic activities started on 24 January 2000, at the foot of the holy mountains of the Patron of eastern Venezuela; the Virgen del Valle. Is located on the island of Margarita, Nueva Esparta state, just about 38 kilometers from the north-eastern Venezuelan coast. it was like a new horizon for our students opened, under the leadership of a group of men and women, closely linked to higher education in Venezuela; Beauperthuy talk about Pedro Augusto, Maria Eugenia Morales, Raquel Perez Henriquez, Pedro Cabello Poleo and Anibal Gomez.
