Since its creation in 1994, the University of the Americas (UDLA) has been gradually but steadily incorporating an academic offer undergraduate programs in line with the country's needs in different areas. The University has developed careers, through the incorporation of different faculties: in order of creation, the Faculty of Economics and Management Design, Communication and Visual Arts Agricultural Sciences, Law and Social Sciences, Engineering, Science, In 2005, the UDLA also decided to venture into technical and technological careers through its School of Technology. In order to contribute to society with sprints, but with a high practical content, allowing students to have a choice of academic development and, in turn, job placement.In 2006 it begins to offer our graduate programs, starting with the Master of Business Administration - MBA, in partnership with the Institute for Executive Developement (OFDI), a prestigious postgraduate education organization in Spain. Currently the UDLA has within its range of graduate programs, the Masters in Business Administration, Department of Business and Institutional Communication, Operations Management and Industrial Safety Management Systems and Information Technology, Journalism, Biomedical Sciences, Administration Health Institutions and specialization in Oral Rehabilitation.
