The UFLO was founded in 1995 with the aim to train citizens, professionals, technicians and researchers now integrate their discipline with social and environmental needs. Manage their actions from a global perspective that some of the local and regional needs. The University has two locations where training activities, develop innovation and transfer. Buenos Aires headquarters is distributed in four buildings: three in the neighborhood of Flores and an annex in the town of Bella Vista, Buenos Aires. Comahue regional headquarters is located in the city of Cipolletti, Province of Rio Black.
