Human resources has played a key role in the consolidation of the educational project, in part thanks to the stability offered by the institution and the sense of belonging that has developed throughout history. UDCA has own offices which correspond to an area of approximately 27 hectares, distributed as follows: a university campus in northern Bogota, consisting of 4 offices, and an office in the Calle 66 and Avenida Boyacá A. This exercise has provided a systematic analysis of institutional reality and leads to the accreditation and re-accreditation of undergraduate programs, renovation of existing qualified records, obtaining records qualified for new programs and certification standards such as ISO 9001 administrative management.
