Celaya University is an educational institution, inspired by an entrepreneurial vision nonprofit. It was created by the initiative of Eng. Raul Gomez Nieto order to support the development of the region through an excellent educational option. Thus, in 1985 Higher Education Celaya, AC is constituted as corporate name of the institution and in 1988 opened its doors with 110 students in the areas of school and several degrees, among which are: Public Accounting with specialization in Computer Systems Administrative Computing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management Engineering Agricultural Biotechnology.
