The story of the history of the University of Carabobo dates back to 1833, when it was created by presidential decree of General Jose A. Paez Prime Center for Advanced Studies under the name College of Carabobo.Sin But it is not until 5 July 1836, when it starts in the old Charity Hospital located on the corner called "La Estrella". It is in 1880, when the engineer Lino Revenga begins construction of the headquarters of the University which is the same as currently holds the Faculty of Law and later, on November 15, 1892 the President of the Republic at that time, General Joaquín Crespo, decreed the creation of the illustrious University of Valencia.It's about Dr. E. Alejo Zuloaga who bears the honor of being the first rector of the university that starts working with the Faculties of Law, Medicine, Engineering and Theology.
