The AUTONOMOUS UNIVERSITY OF SAN SEBASTIAN SAN LORENZO - (UASs) , is a school advertises privately run nonprofit, authorized by Law No. 3185 dated April 18, 2007 and with the favorable opinion of the University Council as Resolution No. 14 dated March 12, 2007 , with a clear mission and a vision that has achieved recognition and support of the whole society. It was created at the request of the Foundation of the same name, whose founders, Prof. Dr. Fulgencio Samudio Ozuna and Prof. Dra. Julia Rossana Samudio Benitez , wanted to give the city of San Lorenzo a higher education institution identified with community, given that the high rate group of young college-age increased each year and in order to join the phalanx "Higher Education-Company-Society" as the new challenge of universities today presenting the international situation.
