Autonomous University of Paraguay and the Faculty of Dentistry, "Pierre Fauchard" A group of members of the Circle of Dentistry of Paraguay undertook the arduous task of creating a top-level educational institution. Nothing was easy in the beginning of this idea, as some colleagues were characterized by their faith and optimism and other invoked only the negative aspects and doubts about the success of this great undertaking. Foundation "Santa Apolonia" University of Paraguay and Faculty of Dentistry "Pierre Fauchard" the "Santa Apolonia" Foundation for the Development of Education through which he created was requested and approved by the Charter of was obtained "Private University", Autonomous University of Paraguay, which would have several races being the first, the Faculty of Dentistry, "Pierre Fauchard" recognized by the Executive Branch - Decree No. 13912 of June 17, 1992 and in accordance with Law 828 / 80 universities. Today the Faculty has experienced a significant increase in the number of students enrolled, a total of 461 (four hundred sixty-one) students.
