The Autonomous University of the State of Morelos ( UAEM ) is an institution of education superior, with headquarters in the city of Cuernavaca , Mexico , although it is distributed in other towns in the state of Morelos. The origins of the Autonomous University of Morelos, can be placed in the third decade of the twentieth century, from 1938, a period in which the Institute of Higher Education, which began operations offering only high school studies is founded. Later, during the years 1943 and 1945 are integrated into the Institute of Higher Education, the School of Nursing and Midwifery and the School of Business and Management; thus, the Institute began offering top-level educational programs.
