The Autonomous University of Piedras Negras and the University Center North, are institutions that represent two of the most solid pillars of Education in Northern Mexico since 1929. Not only for the fact of being born 79 years ago, but because since then they have been concerned that throughout its existence our students occupy dominant sites in the education offered by our country. According to our mission and our old slogan we, "Educating with Love", but located in the reality allows us to be aware of changes, both social and economic, that this will facilitate us to participate in the socio-political life of our country, creating highly skilled graduates who can successfully integrate the different fields in which our university is present.
