Universidad Austral is a higher education institution created by ACES (Asociación Civil de Estudios Superiores), a nonprofit organization registered at Argentina’s National Register for Charitable Institutions. Our University promotes research, delivers undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as extension courses, and provides healthcare services with its University Hospital. The University started operating in 1991, with a provisional permit issued by Argentina’s Ministry of Education. After complying with all the terms and requirements established by the nation’s Higher Education Act, the University was officially instituted by the Executive Branch of Government (Decree Number 300/2002).Universidad Austral has joined Argentina’s higher education system with differentiated, superior quality teaching offerings, providing graduates with solid job market opportunities.
