The Adventist University of Chile (UNACH) is a higher education institution belonging to the Church of Seventh-day Adventists, founder and organizer of the same partner. This condition is linked to a global network of 113 su¬perior education institutions supported by the Adventist Church worldwide. Academic, cultural and social activity linked to actively Ñuble, from which most of its students.
UNACH began its activities in 1990. Its inscription in the Register of Universities is the Folio C No. 42 of February 6, 1990. However, UNACH is heir to a prolific and long educational tradition of nearly 110 years of history , dating back to educational institutions that precedie¬ron. Its beginnings are in 1906 when set to Spike, a town in the province of Malleco, a college, in order to provide academic training who would serve as ministers, teachers and administrators of the institutions of the Adventist Church Day in Chile.
