The Technological Institute of Culiacan is an institution of higher education located in Culiacan , Sinaloa , Mexico . It is a prestigious public institution of the Directorate General of Higher Education Technology of the Ministry of Education . These efforts were supported by the C. Leopoldo Sanchez Celis and through his efforts with the Ministry of Education the Regional Technological Institute was created Culiacan No. 17, with an area of influence in the municipalities of Angostura, Badiraguato, Concordia, Cosalá, Culiacan , Elota, Escuinapa, Mazatlán , San Ignacio and Salvador Alvarado. The Technological Institute of Culiacán began its work in September 1968, with academic activities in the middle and higher level.
