The Yorkshire Ministry Course provides theological education throughout the County of Yorkshire and beyond. YMC is a community of formation, imagination and prayer for the mission of God in our region. We welcome applications from candidates for ordained ministry nationwide and from independent students. YMC provides theological education and ministerial formation throughout the county of Yorkshire and beyond for the Church of England and other ecumenical partners and is engaged principally in preparing people for ordained ministry. Others wishing to do some theological study for their own interest are also very welcome. on a journeyTeaching takes place on: weekday evenings (Tuesdays in York, Wednesdays in Mirfield); weekend study days and residentials; and an annual residential Easter school.
