Redcar & Cleveland College is a General Further Education College located in the North Sea coastal town of Redcar. To the West is the River Tees and to the South the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. With a turnover of £10million, we offer a broad curriculum to over 2,500 students across a range of courses from entry level through to degree level.
The college prides itself on being at the heart of the local community and we strive to support young people, families and employers to ensure that the region is a great place to live, work and learn. We have developed outstanding relationships with partners and external stakeholders including schools and universities plus local and national employers.The College consolidated its provision into a new build on one campus in 2008 where it opened a £26M new build quickly followed by a £4m Higher Education and Conference Centre extension part funded by Teesside University and the Sir William Turner Trust Foundation which was opened in 2010.
