The University of East Anglia (UEA) has once again been rated as one of the best universities for student experience in the Times Higher Education Student Experience Survey 2015. We are currently 6th out of all UK universities, and have placed in the top six since the survey began. In addition to being consistently in the top ten for student satisfaction, UEA is ranked in the top one per cent of universities in the world.
The Norwich Medical School at UEA has an established reputation for exciting and innovative approaches to education, supported by a strong and rapidly developing research programme. Our MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) programme accepts graduates and other mature students as well as school leavers on to a 5-year integrated course, and students are allocated clinical placements from their first year onwards. We also run a Foundation year programme for students to progress onto the 5-year MB BS. The School also provides a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology programme and a number of Postgraduate Taught courses including a Masters in Clinical Research and a Masters in Health Economics.
