In recent years, public priority seems to be an attempt to cope with the abnormal rise of housing prices in Israel (especially in areas of high demand). In response to this increase and trying to curb rising housing prices, unusual initiatives are observed in the different authorities. The purpose of these tools presented by different authorities is to increase housing supply and reduce demand. Using the tools used by the authorities assume prior knowledge of real estate, professional training and a perfect control on advanced analytics to identify and characterize trends in the property market and react accordingly. Generally, real estate issues are complex, multidisciplinary and diverse. They combine several interactive systems: systems of economic, social, legal, environmental, occupational, and more. In this context, addressing issues of real estate requires a comprehensive professional knowledge covering a wide range of disciplines and requires a professional who understands the aspects of planning, economics, taxation, marketing, finance, management, of law, and more… With the need for real estate competent professionals in this complexity, a study program was created in recent decades, in many universities, studies that form the staff to research, management, planning and practical work in real estate. Given the increasing interest in recent years for real estate, and given the need to use complex and diverse administrative tools to meet the challenge of real estate, and find the optimal ways of exploitation of real estate, further studies are planned in a graduate master’s degree program in real estate.
