Mid Cheshire College is a thriving further education college with two centres located in Hartford and Winsford. We can realistically claim to be one of the most successful colleges in the country with OFSTED judging the College to be an "Outstanding" institution at our last major inspection. Indeed, Mid Cheshire College is one of only a handful of general FE colleges to achieve Grades 1s across the board at inspection Mid Cheshire College is a further education college. Its main campus is in the village of Hartford, Cheshire. Richard Hollywood is the college principal. He joined the college in 2006 as Assistance Principal in charge of Art & Design, before being promoted to Vice-Principal in 2010. The college performed exceptionally well in its last Ofsted inspection in 2008, graded as outstanding / Grade 1 in all areas. The college has also been awarded LSIS Beacon status,the highest accolade in the FE sector. The college has approximately 9,000 students.
