Mandaue City College (MCC) is a Higher Education Institution established for the poor and deserving students who are seeking for a place in the sun, mostly graduates from Mandaue City’s barangay high schools, but have no access to education in mainstream public and private colleges or universities. Students must satisfactorily complete all requirements in order to pass the course. The standard of the students’ performance shall be based on the demonstration of their attitude and personal fitness for the curricular programs chosen through each semester as well as upon the result of their examination.
