In 1996 the enterprise was incorporated as a private limited company and the reigns of the organisation was handed over to the founder's son Priyantha Kannangara who to date remains as the current Chairman/ Managing Director and during whose stewardship the company boasted producing over 500 graduate diploma holders during a single academic year and the establishment of the valued affiliation with Wigan and Leigh College of UK which has a history of over 150 years in education in the United Kingdom and other accreditations such as Association of Business Executives (abe) UK.
