Along with intensive scientific researches Abzhapparov A.A. has very wide experience in the work organization at the higher shool of the republic and it is characterized as the talented manager. In recent years he is engaged along with the chosen specialty in a wide range of scientific researches in the field of the interdisciplinary sciences having valuable practical value for the region, concerning processing of oil raw materials of the region and its waste from the ecological point of view. Under his management is organized complex ecological expedition on studying of ecosystems of the Caspian Sea for research and carrying out an ecological monitoring of sector of the Caspian pool together with management of natural resources and regulations of environmental management of Mangistau area and regional territorial administration of environmental protection.
