An important aspect is that the Academy signed a memorandum of universities of Kazakhstan (Taraz Declaration in 2009., Shymkent Declaration in 2011) in the framework of the Bologna process in the field of higher education. ""Kokshe"" Academy is developing in accordance with the requirements of European education. Teaching staff are well-known scientists, experienced teachers, among them doctors of sciences, PhD, honored worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honored Master of Sports and coaches. It meets the required standards of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Under the program the foreign scientists were invited from different countries to the Academy in different years: Italy, France, England, Poland, Switzerland, Japan, Turkey, China, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Russia, Latvia. International cooperation will successfully implement the educational and research activities of the Academy. The result of such fruitful creative dialogue began research institutes, uniting efforts in Kazakhstan and foreign scientists. Over the past three years successfully defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Science and Doctor of PhD 23 members; issued and published over 1,000 works, including monographs, books and teaching aids. Every year teachers of ""Kokshe"" Academy improve their professional qualifications. Individual teachers and staff have been trained in foreign countries: Spain, the UK, France, USA, Korea and others. Every year the teachers are involved in various international forums, while developing their own level of professionalism.
