We believe that leaders of the future need exposure to the best of the east and west, possess a broad world view and global vision, and be able to communicate effectively in an international language. The College's strong emphasis on the broad-based curriculum, language training and international connections does produce quality leaders for the community. Since its establishment in 2000, CIE has been growing both in quantity and quality. The number of Associate Degree Concentration Studies and HKBU Self-funded Undergraduate Programmes has increased drastically to meet the needs of the community. In terms of quality, CIE adopts the vigorous quality assurance mechanism of the University to ensure its programmes are of the highest academic standard.
