Govt. Arts College, Panagar is one of the famous Colleges located in the rural area of Jabalpur district. It is affiliated to Rani Durgawati Vishwavidyalaya Jabalpur and had been established at 1987 in Nagar Palika Bhawan, Panagar. The College had been shifted to its present place in the year 1997, hence it has a glorious past and tradition. Within this short span of time the College has witnessed progress not only in its academic field but also touched its pinnacles in other sportive and cultural activities. The College building has three major sections. There is a Principal Chamber, One Professor’s Chamber, One Library Room, One Computer cell and Four Lecturer (class) rooms. There is also a beautiful playground located at the center of these sections. In which sports like Badminton, Volleyball and Kabaddi are being successfully organised.
