Frank Phillips College is a community college located in Borger in Hutchinson County in the Texas Panhandle. The college slogan (2014) is "Right For You. Right Here. Right from The Start." The mascot is the Plainsman. The college also offers the Allen Campus in Perryton in Ochiltree County, the Dalhart Center in Dallam County, and the Cosmetology Center in Hereford in Deaf Smith County. Frank Phillips College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award Associate of Art, Associate of Science, and Associate of Applied Science degrees and certificates.
