No people can raise the level of its teacher, motivated by this noble desire of equipping the educated youth of the region professionally at different level and activated by the societal need, Deen Dayal Rustagi College of Education got the N.O.C. From Haryana State Govt. Chandigarh to start B.Ed College of education Memo No. 12/92-2004 CII (3) dated 28/12/05. It got permission from N.C.T.E. to start the B.Ed course in July 2006. Subsequently this college comes into existence in oct. 2006 under the sagacious, inspiring and dynamic leadership of Dr. Rajendra Rustagi. The college campus is located near Khandewla village on the way of Haily Mandi to Farrukh Nagar road. It is 3 km distance from railway station Pataudi Road. This college is housed in an integrity constructed two storied building with lush green environment and aesthetically laid down lawns. The institution got approval by NCTE order No. FNRC/NCTE/F-7/HR-282/2965-67 dated 24 July 2006 for B.Ed 100 seats and M.D.U. Rohtak Letter No. CB-IX 04/11482-510 &1153/-534 Dated 13/09/06. The institution got additional 100 seats of B.Ed approved by NCTE order No. FNRC/NCTE/F-7/HR-587/28751 dated 24 sep. 2007 and M.D.U. Rohtak letter No. B-4578 Dated – 23/09/07. It got 50 seats for D.Ed approved from NCTE order No. F- NRC/NCTE/F-7/HR-589/ 25956 dated 24 Aug. 2007 further the institution got 25 seats for M.Ed approved from NCTE order No- NCTE/F-7/HR-588/2007 29651-29657 dated 3 Oct. 2007 M.D.U. Rohtak letter No. CB-IX/07/2008/1077-84 / 588/NRC with special session of M.Ed to enhance higher education in rural area the institution got additional 10 seats for M.Ed under order No-49-4/2010/Pt/2010/NCTE/N&S/ dated 30 July 2010. All the courses were approved by the state govt. All the academic and administrative activities are directed supervised and controlled by regulatory bodies. To achieve excellence in the field of teacher education through the ideals of charity, Philanthropy, selfless social service, patriotic fervors and missionary zeal the management form a group of compassionate, philanthropic trustee whose sole objective is to create committed teaching practice which constitute the most functional part of teacher preparation. The institute provides hand on- experience with children. Here they develop their in born abilities and aptitudes for the development of concept and quality of learning. Student teacher are exposed to various experience related to society and community services on routine basis. They are encouraged to actively participate and organize various programme of community like Polio – eradication, First aid workshop, Anemia Health check-up camp, Sarva shiksha abhiyan, Van mahotsava, Mass campaigning for eradication of social evil like Female feticides. The institution is striving hardly and sincerely for the qualitative teacher education as investment in education can yield very rich dividends.
