Columbia Gorge Community College builds dreams and transforms lives by providing lifelong educational programs that strengthen our community. The college began in 1977 when its roots were established as Wasco Area Education Service District, and shortly thereafter was named Treaty Oak Education Service District. Today, Columbia Gorge Community College serves students from all over the Mid-Columbia region, in both Oregon and Washington. Columbia Gorge Community College is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities.
