The academic division of CIRP consists of School of Psychology, School of Applied Science, School of Languages & Arts, Institute of Post Graduate Studies, Institute of Child development and CIRP edu, the London AL section. CIRP edu or London AL section of CIRP provides a number of services. One of the biggest contributions by CIRP to the community is promoting psychology education among the school children & youth in Sri Lanka. CIRP edu is in an academic alliance with many leading schools In Colombo to teach Psychology as an AL subject. Currently around 400 students in 6 different schools are coached by CIRP to sit for AL psychology. CIRP edu also has an in-house London AL section that provides secondary school education in Science, Commerce & Arts streams to prepare students for both CIE & Edexcel examinations.
