The mission of the Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is to develop people for a first-class Public Service. CSC was inaugurated as a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office, in October 2001. CSC is dedicated to help shape the Public Service by providing relevant contents and services, as well as conducive opportunities for training, learning and development. CSC primarily offers our services to the Public Service, which encompasses ministries, statutory boards and other government related agencies. We also believe that partnership with other institutions is mutually beneficial as this promotes the sharing of best practices and knowledge, and the building of a network of relationships.
