Bharat College of Education was established during the year 2007 by the Mehtab educational trust. The college is has a beautiful double story building painted in red and white located on the National Highway (NH-1A) near Hatli Morh Kathua. The college has a well equipped Science Lab, a Computer Lab, an audio-visual room, Play ground, mess and canteen etc. Mess and canteen facilities are also available for the students. Cooler with filter for drinking water is also fitted for the students. Canteen serves hot and cold drinks in summer and winter. A large number of colleges have been established in the state and majority of them have been set up for business purposes but the chairman Bharat College of Education visualized an institution in the service of the people, however if money is not involved the student become careless and indisciplined
