"BMC is situated in Bannu, which is an ancient and historical city, located in Bannu District. Bannu is approximately 192 km (119 miles) south-west of Peshawar. Bannu is the southern district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, surrounded by district Karak, Lakki Marwat and Tribal Areas of South and North Wazirstan.
There are three teaching hospitals of the Bannu Medical College, the newly constructed state of the art Khalifa Gul Nawaz Hospital (600-bed), while the two other teaching hospitals of the college are the 244-bed District Headquarter Hospital and the 130-bed Women and Children's Hospital."
