The Centre is managed by the Centre director; Tina Elfwing, the scientific supervisor; Christoph Humborg and BNI's managing director; Bo Gustafsson. A board consisting of Professors from the University and external representatives, will approve and influence activity plans and guide our strategic direction. The Baltic Nest Institute, BNI, will continue its work as an identifiable unit at the Centre, and maintain its international board. In 2015 the Baltic Sea Centre will move to a new building that is being constructed near the Arrhenius Laboratory.
