Hostel
AP Goyal Shimla University has magnificently designed separate hostels for boys and girls each with all modern facilities with boarding and other recreational activities. The hostels have their own mess to provide good and hygienic food to the students. We have a separate hostel Section under the management of Hostel Management committee. The Committee is chaired by Dean (Student Welfare) and Hostel Manager.

Transport
In AP Goyal Shimla University, we have Transport Facility available in Campus. We have 21+ buses for transportation of students. They cover all area of Shimla with various pick-up and drop points in routes. Each bus has been equipped with a First Aid Box, Fire Extinguisher and constant communication is maintained with the teacher and the guard on duty for the security purposes. The Transport Incharge constantly monitors the bus staff and the routes are pre-fixed, keeping in mind the comfort of maximum number of students.

Cafeteria
The A P Goyal Shimla University provides mess facility that caters to the students requirements who reside in hostel. It provides breakfast, lunch and dinner at economical prices. Special care is taken to provide quality and hygienic food to student. A food committee is responsible for monitoring the operations of the canteen mess and cafeteria, implementing and reviewing the canteen/mess policy. Conveniently located cafes and mini refreshment joints are popular gathering places for students, faculty, and staff to eat, study, or socialize with friends.Whether you are in the mood for a freshly made gourmet sandwich, a cup of hot coffee, a cup of noodles, or a sweet treat, you can find it at one of our campus cafés. Most cafés are located around academic buildings. There are about 10 cafeterias in different blocks of the campus. Apart from cafeterias, there are mini refreshment joints in various spots.The mess of A P Goyal Shimla University follows the menu on weekly basis decided by the food committee.There is a café also inside the campus which helps the students to take a break from hectic studies schedules. Sufficient food facilities are provides on very nominal charges
