In 1984 the Al-Ameen Educational and Charitable Trust was founded by philanthropists from various professionals and industrialists, with an objective of providing quality technical education to the all sections of society in and around Erode. Adding incentive to these efforts of the trust is the newly-proposed Al-Ameen Engineering College, aimed at excelling in imparting Technical education for everyone in the Nation, regardless of social status. Al-Ameen Engineering College is located at a distance of 10 km from Erode Railway Station and Bus Stand. The Campus is very safe and surrounded by the green environment.
