St. Matthew College is situated along Miguel Cristi St. and General Luna St. at the heart of Ampid II in San Mateo, Rizal. The school is located few meters away from the National Highway (the Gen. Luna St.) to give the community a good ambience of a clean environment and away from vehicle noise and air pollution. It is located approximately 500 meters away from the San Mateo Municipal Hall and is easily accessible by public transportation either from Quezon City, Marikina, San Mateo proper and Rodriguez, Rizal.
