Hostel
The college has 5 hostels (one for girls and 4 for boys). Separate mess and canteen facilities are available for boys and girls. The hostel provides safe & comfortable accommodation to boys and girls separately with modern amenities like desert coolers, geysers, water coolers attached with aqua guards, color televisions, indoor and outdoor games, gymnasium, telephone, internet facility and medical facility.We are providingthe desert cooler,one mattress with pillow to each students. Transport
Adequate transport facility has been provided for both the staff and the students of the college. The college buses rotate frequently from college to Kurukshetra, college to Kaithal city and near by places. The college also provides the transport facility to the students for the purpose of campus interviews and other industrial visits as when required.

Cafeteria
College has spacious canteen facility in the college premises and is run by college management. A variety of south indian food and snack items are provided to the students and staff of the college at highly subsidized rates with highest quality. Our college canteen is blessed with family atmosphere, with a variety of delicacies, touched by a home made flavour, cooked to perfection and served with a great courtesy. Refreshments are available at the college canteen at affordable rates. Adequate seating facilities are provided to accommodate students and staff even during peak time.

Sports Facilities
College has sufficient area for the sports activities. The grounds for Cricket, Volleyball, and Football are being properly maintained throughout the year. The college also has two courts for Lawn Tennis and cemented court for Basketball. It also has two indoor facilities for Table Tennis (boys and girls) as well as Badminton (Girls Only).
The teams of our college in all these games participate annually in the Kurukshetra University Intercollegiate Tournaments. This year also our teams of Basketball, Table Tennis and Football have already participated and preparations are underway in full swing to participate for Lawn Tennis, Volleyball, and Cricket Tournaments of Kurukshetra University. The performance of our students was excellent and praiseworthy.
The annual budget for sports is about Rs. 40,000/- for sports purchase and about Rs. 30,000/- for participation in Kurukshetra University Intercollegiate Tournaments to meet the expenditure like T.A./D.A., refreshment, medical aid, Match etc. of the players (boys and girls).
Earlier, one of our students Mr. Sunil Kumar was selected in Haryana National Team of Boxing in the year 2009-2010. and Mr. Pardeep Kumarselected in Haryana National Team of Basket Ball in the year 2009-2010. This year also the performance of our students was satisfactory.
The sports activities are also open to hostlers (Both boys as well as girls), which are 500 in number. We are also planning to construct a multipurpose Gymnasium Hall for Badminton and Table Tennis games, which will go a long way in providing momentum to the existing sports facilities in the college.
Athletics
The athletic meet is also held annually in the month of March in the College Cricket Ground. Three have been held so far, the first one was in March 2008. The fourth will now be held in March 2009. Last year about 200 Students, 30 girls among them have participated in the following events

High Jump.
100 M/200 M/400M races.
Javelin Throw.
Discuss Throw.
Shot Put.
Slow Cycling.
The winners (I, II, III) in each event were given medals on the spot while the Best Athletes (Boys/Girls) were honoured in the Annual Founder Day Function of the college. The Athletic Meet has now become a regular feature of the college to in still competitive spirit and social interaction among the students hailing from different regions of the Northern India.

Library
Library is the heart of an academic institute. The HCTM library is housed in a fully air-conditioned building with a seating capacity of 400 students. The library is fully computerized and has 20 computers equipped with all other peripheral devices like laser printers, scanners and barcode readers etc. It has a very good collection of print as well as electronic resources. It has around 25144 text & reference books, 1000 CDs and VCDs. It subscribes 112 national & International Journals & magazines and 364 online international journals in the field of Engineering, Applied Sciences and Humanities. The library also provides the Internet and photocopy services to the users.
It also has access to digital resources of Science Direct through Indian National Digital Library in Engineering, Science and Technology (INDEST) - AICTE Consortium.
In addition to the above the library is also a member of DELNET (Developing Library Network) to share its resources and to access various databases. There is also available book bank facility to all the students. Highly qualified, trained and experienced professionals manage the library. It is open till late in the evening for the benefits of the students. The Library also provide internet,photocopy and printout services.

Labs
The computer center providing internet facility for hosteller students 24*7. The computer center also provide internet facility to day scholar students in college timing. The computer center equipped with 60 computer systems of latest configuration. The internet is totally working on Wi-Fi enabled system with dedicated bandwidth of 8Mbps from BSNL.The computer center timing is well managed so that every student can get the benefit of internet facility. One instructor is always present in the computer center for helping the students to solve their problems. The college provides sponsorship of various educational website for the benefit of students. The computer center helps the students in their study and bright carrier. The faculty members also help the students at the scheduled time to solve the student’s problems. The computer center is well furnished and managed. The computer center is fully air conditioned. The computer center has 24 hours UPS backup for continuous facility of internet. In Computer center “Cybernetra” software is used for the management of internet access time for students and faculty.

HAt HCTM Technical Campus, it is believed that ‘Sound Mind in a Sound Body’. To make proper use of time and maintain helath, separate Gym facility is available for boys and girls.

Campus is having 16 MBPS of Reliance Communication high speed Internet facility. The institute has a 24x7 Wi-Fi facility in the college campus for the student and faculty members to avail Internet connection at any place in the college, hostels & faculty houses.
The connectivity through a fully networked campus with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, computing and communication resources, offers students the facilities of e-mail, net surfing, up/down loading of web based applications, besides helping them in preparing projects & seminars.
