Hostel
Guru Nanak College Budhlada has a Bebe Nanaki girls hostel financially sponsored by UGC. Hostel was established in 2011. Main motive of hostel is to provide an environment that helps students to adjust, learn and live in an effortlessly laid environment. We ensure the students live in a healthy environment- mentally, physically and socially which has always been at the top of our priority. Hostel warden Asst. professor kanchan kumari, H.O.D. Agriculture and Food Processing, looks after daily aspects of hostel management and is responsible for discipline, maintenance of building and allotment of rooms in hostel. Every effort has been made to make the hostel building confront to high standards of quality in construction. Great emphasis is laid on cleanliness, hygienic food, and individual styles. Hostel complexes have several convenience facilities to make student life easier.

The institute provides bus facility for students. Bus routes are distributed throughout the city for the convenience of students, College bus service is pick and drop facility to city nearby villages. College have 18 buses.

Cafeteria
College has spacious two canteens separate for boys and girls, which can conveniently accommodate 250 students at a time in which variety of eatables are available at most nominal rates. The canteens remain open on all working days. It provides all types of nutritious and hygienic eatables and beverages to cater to the students, staff and visitors. Canteen has a big kitchen and kitchen staff takes extra care to provide the students and staff with nutritious and hygienic food in the campus canteen. Food items are prepared with RO treated water. The Management of the Canteen is directly under the control of College Administration. The Contractor of the Canteen is selected according to the available and suitable quotations.A well experienced person in food services management, his team is managing, the canteen of Guru Nanak College Budhlada. Menu is planned by the assigned team of Management and instructions are given to the Contractor. The contract of the Canteen is renewed every year. Periodical meetings are conducted by the team of Management and Contractor in order to appraise the function of Canteen. Liberalization of food trade, growing consumer demand, physical set up and sanitary conditions are also discussed during appraisal. Also suggestions, complaints and problems of the food consumers are taken into consideration. The waste utilization of the canteen is efficiently done through the waste management committee. The canteen and the surroundings are always kept neat and tidy. Plastic bags are not permitted inside the campus.
